The cost of shipping is included in the price of every item we sell.  Nice!

Items ship after they are made (otherwise known as "fulfillment").  Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. 

"Estimated delivery" is the total of estimated fulfillment time plus estimated shipping time.  The estimated delivery date/range is an estimate and not a guarantee.
