Exchange policy

Our goal is for you to end up with a product from our store that is right for you.
We offer to exchange an item that does not meet your expectations with the same or similar item from our store. We do not issue refunds for returned items.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered (per carrier service tracking) to request an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You pay for the return shipping.
Except for damage or defect claims, we reserve the right to limit you to one exchange for any particular purchased item.
Your exchange request must be made via the Support-assisted Exchange of Item process listed below. Items returned to us without using this process will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Support-assisted Exchange of Item
Please do the following:
- Go to the Contact Us page of our website and fill out the form.
- Please include your full name and the email used in placing your order.
- Include a note with the following: order date, order number, name of the item in question, reason for your exchange request, and the name/size/color of the same or similar product you would like in exchange.
- Click Send.
You will receive an email (please allow up to 10 business days) informing you whether your return and exchange request is approved along with further instructions.
After the product is returned, we will ship you the same or similar item based upon your input. We cover the cost of the new item and shipping it to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Issues
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. Please make your claim via the Support-assisted Exchange of Item listed above.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
