If you’ve read blog posts one and two, then you know why you’re ready to finally start sharing your faith, and how easily you can do it using the KLŪ tool set. This third blog is a quick boost of encouragement for believers to help them push past fear, embrace simple sharing, and start answering the call of The Great Commission.
At the end of this post, look for our first installment of What’s Up with KLŪ – an update of what we’re working on for you.
Debunking the Fear of Sharing
Is your fear of witnessing based upon what you think real faith sharing looks like?
Believe it or not, having a conversation on Christ with another person doesn’t require a seminary degree, epic courage, or social suicide.
Look at me.
I got a D in the only Bible course I ever took, I’m still reluctant to share Christ with people I care about, and I fear rejection. And yet, Jesus still uses me.
And He’s wants to use you, too.
Indeed, in the book of Matthew Jesus called us to go share our faith, and He promised to be with us when we do. It’s called The Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). And that promise is key.
You see, Jesus didn’t super-size your calling into something impossible. He rightsized it into something doable. So, you can start where you are with what you’ve got. It’s okay to start small.
Let’s call it faith sharing lite.
Sharing Lite is Sharing Light
When we share Jesus, we share the light of the world says John 8:12. So, sharing lite is still sharing light – if you catch my drift.
Less is more whenever nothing is what you’re currently doing.
Real faith sharing always leaves the heavy lifting to God.Click To TweetReal faith sharing always leaves the heavy lifting to God. Trust Him to bless your best efforts.
Maybe he calls you to do more down the road. Maybe not. What we do know is He wants you to get started. And it’s so much easier than you think.
Your Sharing Tool Belt
When you’re going to do something, it helps to have the right tools.
Here at KLŪ, we developed a set of Christian outreach tools to help grow the Kingdom in a mixed-up world. Our tools are ridiculously simple to use and fun to boot!
For example, one of our tools involves the simple act of saying “Keep Looking Up” instead of “see you later”.
Of course, KLŪ is only one option in the sea of sharing. So, whether you use our tool set or another approach, what matters most is you start sharing His light.
We’d like to come alongside you on your faith journey, not a guilt trip. To find out more about getting started with the KLŪ tool set today, visit K-L-U.life/hello.
Keep Looking Up!
What’s Up with KLŪ
Today we’re adding our first behind-the-scenes update on all things KLŪ.
We’ve officially launched KLŪ!
On Monday September 9, 2019, KLŪ formally said “Hello” to the world when our website went live. Lots of effort and prayers went into making that possible, and we’re excited to crack KLŪ wide open and see what God is going to do with it. We appreciate your prayers and support.
Our plans for future podcasts include KLŪ hacks, interviews with sharing experts, examining cultural impacts, exploring interpersonal dynamics, a KLŪ lab, and relevant article and book reviews.
Also, in our sights, a self-paced online video course on faith-sharing suitable for youth groups, small groups, and intentional individuals.
We want to help you spread your sharing wings – and the Good News. To that end, we’d love to hear from you on sharing topics you’d like us to explore. You can connect with us here.
Get out there and Point the Way!
While you’re clicking buttons, please help us grow KLŪ by sharing it with two friends today. Thank you from all of us at R.M. Bradshaw LLC, a company built around family.
